Top Producer  

o   Minimum of $25K production for 2 consecutive months

 Elite Producer 

o   Minimum of $40K personal production  for 2 consecutive months

 Team Leader

o   Minimum or 3 Sales Representatives Including yourself 

*Key Leader Requirements: This is a special recognized Leadership Position with Symmetry Financial Group 

o   Contract: 75%

o   Production: 30K, two months consecutively

o   Unique writers: 4 total, 3 outside of yourself

o   Must be full time with Symmetry Financial Group

o   PPL: 150 average  for two months

o   Nomination from Agency Manager

*Agency Manager Requirements: This is a special recognized Leadership Position with Symmetry Financial Group 

o   Contract: 85%

o   Production: 50K, three months consecutively

o   Unique writers: 7 total, 6 outside of yourself

o   Must be full time with Symmetry Financial Group

o   PPL: 150 average  for three months

*Agency Director 

o   Same qualifications of Agency manager 

o   Having 1 Agency Manager direct to them 

 *Regional Agency Director 

o   Having 2 Direct Agency Managers

 *Managing Vice President 

o   Has 1 Agency Director and a minimum of 2 Direct Agency Managers 

 *Senior Vice President 

o   Has  minimum of 2 Direct Agency Directors and 1 Direct Agency Manager 

 *Executive Vice President

o   Has a minimum of 3 Direct Agency Directors
