Career Builder Seats

All seats are under a 6 month contract from date of contract signing.

How it works…

Each Career Builder seat will allow up to 300 resume “pulls” per day. Our system automatically goes into your account, and pulls the maximum number of viable candidates for you each day. The system will then email those select candidates on your behalf requesting they visit your landing page to watch the Corporate Overview. Our system will continue to contact them 9 separate times over a 12 month period.

How are Candidates found?

Science. We have done, and continue to do, years of research and development on who the perfect Symmetry candidate would be. By systematically moving around the country, pulling only those resumes with key words and phrases, we are able to best use the Career Builder resume pulling platform. Although you are able to suggest certain locations of interest, we actively use this same platform to search free job boards on your behalf.
