Travel Registration
Complete the Travel Registration as soon as possible. Travel agents will be in touch for air travel to and from Cancun. Delayed registration will effect travel.
Anyone traveling must have a valid passport number
Airline loyalty numbers | TSA number
Date of birth for all travelers
Each qualifing room has been given a $700 credit toward travel arrangements. You may book your own flights, and provide us with the information, or you are welcome to use our travel agents. Any additional cost for travel will be the responsability of the travelers.
**Additional flight charges are do at time of travel booking.
Rooms & Guests: Each qualifier has been given a run-of-house room for two adult guests. You may add up to two additional children or guests to your room. Additional guests are subject to a $159 resort fee per person. Children under 3 are free. Anyone over the age of 3-12 is considered a child and will be changed the $109 per day. Additional rooms may be requested at $590 (double occupany). Additional guest charges will be due prior to checkout and paid directly to the resort.
**Additional guest fees and room charges must be paid prior to leaving the resort. You will be required to have a credit card on-file at registration to cover those costs.
Ground Travel: Each qualifier will have two round-trip tickets to and from the airport to the resort.
We must have the information for all Qualifiers and their guests. Please complete the information to the best of your ability. We are not responsible for any travel changes or flight delays.

Get Your Souvenir T-Shirt
Each qualifier will get two official souvenir t-shirts. Additional shirts are available for purchase with all proceeds going to charity in the name of Matt Smith.
All qualifiers get 2 free souvenir shirts. Each additional shirt is $20.00 with all proceeds going to charity in Matt Smith’s name.

Watch your email for announcements and travel updates. We will send a more detailed agenda with further instructions.
You have completed the Travel Registration, and let us know shirt sizes.
The Travel Team will start reaching out to you to schedule airline travel.
This month you should enjoy the holiday season and start dreaming of the beautiful warm sandy beach in Cancun, Mexico.
All airline travel should be booked by January 31st. If you have not been contacted for arrangements, please contact Beverly ([email protected]).
More detailed agenda sent out to all qualifiers.
We will be arranging land transportation to and from the airport, keep an eye out for information.
