Step 2: Symmetry U: FastTrack Training

This Training is a series of 6 (15 to 30 minute videos) by the founders of Symmetry Financial Group, Brandon Ellison and Casey Watkins. Before starting Symmetry, they were agents in the field for about 10 years and will cover things like what an in-home appointment looks like, what we say on the phone to schedule the appointment, how you get promoted, what products we market and why, how commissions are paid, how leads are distributed, and more.

To access the FastTrack training videos, follow the instructions below to creating your account on Symmetry U. Once you’ve setup your account, find the FastTrack training on the left menu in Symmetry U. You’ll need to score 100% on the quizzes following the videos to advance to the next video. Once you’ve completed all 6 videos and quizzes, come back to agenttraining.info to complete the 5 Steps-t0-Success training.

Now that you have your licence and have completed all the steps above, you are now ready to accelerate your learning with Symmetry Financial Group, by being guided through a STEP by STEP process to achieve your maximum potential! You will learn the Keys to Success on how an agency was given birth by 3 individuals with NO prior insurance backgrounds, NO in home sales experience, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, over 50 years combined experience in running multi-million dollar businesses, earning millions of dollars themselves.

We left NO stone unturned and have provided a DETAILED step by step system to follow to ensure your success. All the experience, secrets, and sales techniques learned by the best of the best will be shared and taught to you in the Steps-to-Success. The question is NOT whether they work or not, that has ALREADY been PROVEN, but whether YOU are willing to learn, study, and master the skills necessary to accomplish the task set before you. All the hopes, dreams, effort put forth, and wishes, really only amount to one thing in the end, and that is RESULTS.

Deric Brock

Deric was previously a business owner, & fell in love with Symmetry’s franchisable model. Because of his incredible Leadership, he was one of the fastest to reach the level of Regional Agency Director, of which there are only 4 of in the company at the time. Deric exemplifies character & strength. Symmetry allowed him to replace his income & as a result was able sell his brick & mortar business to buy back his time with his family.

Chris Page

Prior to Symmetry, Chris worked in the shipping industry. He was burned out and wanted to find something with more purpose. Because of Chris’ focus on servant leadership, he has reached the level of Agency Owner in record time and is leading his team by example.

Michael & Katie Rudick

The Rudick’s are referred to as “the Excuse Busters” Michael is a Tulsa firefighter, husband, business owner, & loving father of 5 children. When Katie wasn’t handling Mom duties, she was a full time nurse. STRICT scheduling allowed them to reach Agency Owners, be awarded an all expense pd trip to Mexico, Katie placing 2nd, only to a 7 year veteran in insurance, in a contest of the top 400 Agents in SFG, & all at the same time providing an incredible lifestyle for their family.

Aaron Holub

Coming into Symmetry, Aaron was out of money and time, missing his children growing up. After committing to following the system to a “T” and literally memorizing the audio training, he has become one of the top 10 producers in Symmetry and an Agency Manager. Not only has he improved his financial situation, but he is able to be with his family when it matters most.

Mike Colburn

Being a successful adviser prior to Symmetry, Mike saw the value he could offer his clients by having access to 40+ top carriers through Symmetry. But after a year, he recognized the value of leveraging the system in building an agency. Currently, not only is he consistently one of the top producers in Symmetry, but so are many of his agents.

Ike Muonelo

Prior to Symmetry, Ike was running a successful Internet Marketing company, or should I say, the company was running him. He realized that he was lacking a good system to leverage and wanted something that would allow him to have the success he was looking for, but would also give him the time freedom he longed for. After meeting the leadership and understanding the system, Symmetry was the “ANSWER”. Gus Villagran

As an immigrant with an entrepreneurial mind, Gus became a business owner at a very young age successfully running a retail business for over 16 years that allowed him to semi-retire in his early thirties. Due to market and economic changes, he was forced out his own business. In his first full time year in Symmetry, he was the #2 Rookie Writer in Symmetry and received the #1 SWAT team rookie writer of the year award while fully replacing the income he was accustomed to with his previous business that took over 16 yrs to build. He is currently on track to tripling his production as an agency owner this year.

Mike Leidecker

Mike was in the top 1% of another supplemental insurance company when he saw the video. What attracted him were the unlimited warm leads and the opportunity to own his own agency. When he came to a training to check it out he was totally captured by the culture of the company. Since that time he has been consistently on the leader board. Last March he came in 3rd in the March Radness sales competition. His infectious laughter and love for life have endeared him to many as he is a fierce competitor and has an unequaled work ethic. His commitment to his family and to do what he believes are his bedrock and everything he does comes from that belief and love for family.

Tim Dieckmann

Tim has over twenty years of Radiology and healthcare experience. Before starting Symmetry, he worked at The University of Kansas and 2 other hospitals, treating patients and teaching new Radiology students. After a life-changing car accident, his wife of twenty-two years sustained a traumatic brain injury that forced him to re-think his eighty hour per week career. Fortunately, he was introduced to Symmetry before his family lost nearly everything. Three years later, they have been able to rebuild their lives while running a successful agency. He has been a top producer and is now enjoying his team’s rapid growth.

Josh Putzer

Coming to Symmetry, Josh had some past success however, being in the Call Center world never left him with any feeling of purpose or pride. After seeing what Symmetry has done for others, he saw this as a way to finally have purpose. He quickly found a passion in helping clients, and through his production and teach-ability in his first 6 months full-time was named Rookie of the year within the Smith Baseshop. He also was recognized at the SFG National Conference as a Future Achiever and was asked to speak and share from very early on. Conference ignited his desire to share the opportunity and help others achieve this same feeling of purpose that truly changed his life. Josh continued to grow himself through self-development reading, and plugging in to the Symmetry system. As an Agency Owner, Josh continues to focus on sharing with others the path to self growth and the dream career that is possible on his winning team.
