Chase the Ace 2025 β Official Rules & Guidelines
Participation in **Chase the Ace 2025** is governed by the following **rules and requirements**. All participants are expected to review and comply with these terms.
General Requirements
- Contest Period: March 1, 2025 β August 31, 2025.
- Participants must be **actively contracted** and in **good standing** with Foresters Financial.
- All **Ace Cards must be registered via the official website** to receive credit.
- The official leaderboard is **updated weekly** based on the previous weekβs results.
- Winnings are **non-transferable** and cannot be exchanged for cash or other incentives.
- Rules may be **modified at any time** at the discretion of program administrators.
Qualification Criteria
- Minimum production requirement: $35,000 in issued Foresters Financial business.
- Gold Level Qualification: Earn a minimum of **4 Ace Cards**.
- Silver Level Qualification: Earn a minimum of **2 Ace Cards**.
How to Earn Ace Cards
- Smith Ace: Assist **two direct agents** in achieving Team Leader or above.
- Matt Smith Ace: Complete **five hours of community service**.
- Auffort Ace: Submit **$15,000 in placed APV** with any carrier (beyond Foresters minimum).
- Faulkner Ace: Register **10 agents for the Engage National Conference**.
- Colburn Ace: Develop **six ready-to-write agents**, including **three new writers**.
- Clark Ace: Enroll **30 new pre-licensing candidates**.
- Alvarado Ace: Earn a **title promotion to Key Leader or higher**.
- Manzano Ace: Invest **$500 per month in recruiting for six consecutive months** ($3,000 total).
Disqualification & Restrictions
- Any participant found engaging in **fraudulent activity** will be disqualified.
- If an agent is **terminated, suspended, or fails to meet compliance requirements**, they forfeit all rewards.
- Ace Cards must be **earned during the contest period** and cannot be carried over.
- Final qualification is subject to **review and approval** by program administrators.
Additional Guidelines
- Participants who qualify must **confirm their attendance** within the designated timeframe.
- Failure to confirm attendance will result in **automatic forfeiture** of the trip.
- Unclaimed trips **cannot be transferred or reassigned** to another participant.
- All travel and event details will be communicated to qualifiers upon final verification.
