Calendar Set-Up

#1 Most important aspect of being successful is the ability to GUARD YOUR SCHEDULE!

What does this mean? This means you must live by your calendar and be intentional with the use of time. You will learn in leadership development more about this topic but for now, its important you understand how to schedule important activities and have systems in place. Learning to only do an activity during its scheduled time is difficult to master but allows for the most productive use of time.  

Agency Conference Call Schedule:

Select your manager for a detailed weekly conference call schedule. Set notifications and arrive early. Recommended Schedule for Dialing:  
Day Time Note
Friday 10am-12pm; 1-8:30pm You should be able to get at least 5-10 appts during this time
Saturday 9am – 2/3pm You should be able to finish the # of Appts you committed to
Saturday 3/4pm – 7pm “Happy Hour Dialing” if needed
Sunday 2pm-6pm if needed to get the number of appts you need for the week
Mon-Thurs 5pm-8:30pm if needed to get the number of appts you need for the week
