Pre-Licensing

This 20-40 hour online course should be completed within 3-7 days. Speak with your manager about whether you should take the Life Only course (20 hrs) or the Life & Health course (40 hrs). Once you have enrolled, you will be able to save a Certificate of Enrollment/Receipt, which will need to be attached with your Symmetry Contracting Paperwork. You should receive a link to complete this in the next 24-48 hrs. If you don’t receive it, please contact your manager so they can send it to you. Go to store.licensecoach.com. Select your state and then choose the course. The cost of the course is normally $199; however, use the discount code to receive a $100 discount.

Agency Contracting

If you have already started the contracting process: Return to Your Existing Contract: UPLOAD MY INSURANCE LICENSE or UPLOAD PROOF OF PRE-LICENSING REGISTRATION.

Use the link above to go back into your existing contract. You will upload the state-issued Insurance License (must have a state seal someplace on it) and re-sign the document. Once the contract has been re-submitted, we will check it again for errors. You will be contacted by email if there are errors that need to be addressed by you. When the contract is complete and in good order, it will be sent to the corporate contracting department for processing. The corporate process generally takes 48-72 business hours.

Coaching & Accountability

Small-Group Coaching:

It is important to get yourself involved in every aspect of training and resources available to you. One of the most important connections you will make is in the small-group coaching sessions. Every team has a group where Agents are given the tools to make realistic goals and the mentorship needed to exceed them. Each week, small-group members will openly discuss and help each other with the most challenging aspects of a business.

Saturday – 4 pm EST- Nuts and Bolts Call: Go over basic training and underwritting guidelines for appointments. This call is divided based on your level of experience and exactly the support you need at the time you need it.

Monday- 11 am EST- Appointments and Quotes in Review. Be ready for your appointments by getting the expert advise of the top leadership. Each week we take the time to go over your upcoming weeks appointments and the resources you will need to have the most success in your business.

By completing the form, you will be added to your teams Small-Group. You will be contacted by email with calendar invitations to your assigned group.

Calling leads can be scary and daunting for even the most seasoned in our industry. This is why we created the power dialer software and host dialing parties each week! Agents of all leadership levels group together weekly to call leads and book appointments in real-time; giving you immediate feedback and support when you need it most.
