How to do your 1st Interview
Remember they are looking for a job, not the other way around! if you are setting the interview for your upline, make sure to EDIFY them to create value for their time!
The interview
When you have set up an interview, you are in essence only doing 2 things at this time. #1 Going over the questionnaire with them. #2 Recapping the video. Going over the questionnaire is really where you want to dig in and find out what their motivation is to do Symmetry, and as well as their current financial situation, or desperation. This is NOT the time to answer Questions as they will be answered in the “What to do next…the 2nd date” section of the process. It is important to remain in control at all times as you are the interviewer, NOT the interviewee.
Going over the Questionnaire
So (name) it says here on your questionnaire that you used to or are currently working at/as:
And you indicated you liked most was_________________ can you go into a little more detail?
And what you liked least was_________________(dig into this pain point some more)
Well (name) so I am sure after watching the video that you can see how working with Symmetry can(give them what they said the liked) without having to go through or experience( what they said they didn’t like) cant you? Ok so my question would be, if this lined up for you and you were able to match or even potentially double your income that you are currently accustomed to, what impact would that have on your life or how would things be different for you? (This is where you begin to open up their dream space and paint the picture of what their life COULD look like is they were involved with Symmetry)
Example: They stated they liked working over the phone and using their sales techniques but didn’t like the lack of good phone lines like those you can hire at https://www.circles.life/au/plans. I would simply state, “Well (name) I am sure after watching the corporate overview you can see that working with Symmetry that you can continue to utilize your exceptional sales techniques over the phone while at the same time having the ability to advance rather quickly with unlimited income potential, can’t you? Ok so my question would be, if this lined up for you and you were able to match or even potentially double your income that you are currently accustomed to, what impact would that have on your life or how would things be different for you? (This is where you begin to open up their dream space and paint the picture of what their life COULD look like is they were involved with Symmetry)
After covering the questionnaire with them, which should not take any more than 7-10 minutes of the call, you will move into the next part of recapping the video. Remember, people have short attention spans and it is proven they only retain 7-10% of what they hear for the first time, so don’t assume they even remember a small fraction of the corporate overview they watched.

When you Result the Call:
You will have different options when resulting the call from, a Scale of 1-6., A Scale of 7-10 and have them set up their own 2nd interview ( What I would suggest) A scale of 7-10 and you already setup a 2nd interview with them, and then have them listen to the call, Not Qualified & even a Missed Interview. It is extremely important that you always result the call! Below you will see the emails that they will receive when each result takes place.
Potential Agent is Qualified: An email will send them the Link "Is SFG Right for You" and link to your calendar to set up a 2nd Interview
I enjoyed our conversation on the phone today. In my opinion, as stated on the phone, the next step of this process is probably one of the most important out of all of them.
The website you are about to go to was specifically designed with you, the new person in mind. Once you have been granted access to the entire site, you will be guided through our exclusive 10 step sales system, which was mainly responsible for catapulting the SWAT TEAM & Auffort agency to the fastest growing & #1 producing sales organization in all of Symmetry, documented.
When you go to the site, you will land on the home page. I want you to do 2 things on there:
#1. Scroll down and take a look through the leaderboards for the SWAT Agency. As we discussed you will see weekly, monthly, and yearly APV (Annual Premium Volume) numbers next to each agents name. For quick reference, take about half of the APV number you see and that’s right around how much money they made for that week, or month, or this year just off what they wrote in personal business, not counting their overrides on their agency. Also keep in mind that some of those agents have worked their way up to a 100% contract level or higher.
#2. At the bottom of the page you will find the audio, “Is SFG Right for you.” As we talked about, the gentlemen you are going to hear from on the call will explain a little more about who Symmetry is, but more importantly who they are, what our culture is like, and who we are looking for to be a part of our agency. As I mentioned before, we really are not looking for everybody and we are pretty selective on who we bring on board with the team. We are looking for people who actually care about other people.
The call is about about 40 minutes long.
Please listen to the call in order for you to see if if you feel like you are not only a good fit for our company, but more importantly our agency, and to also see if you have a similar vision as the people you are going to be working with. Because this is really a big step in the process and time sensitive, I will need you to let me know if you would still like to be considered to work with us or not by noon tomorrow.
If the answer is Yes: and you would still like to be considered then please come back to this email, click on the link to my calendar below, and set up a second interview when I am available.
If the answer is No: and for any reason you do not still wish to be considered and you feel like this is not a fit for you, kindly click the link stating you are not interested so that it will notify our recruiting staff and I.
If we do not see that you have set up your second interview by 12 noon, your time tomorrow, then I will assume you’re not the person we are looking to work with, or we are not the company that you are looking to work for. Either way I wish you the best.

Not Qualified: This is someone you do not feel is Qualified and or is not interested after the interview
Missed Appointment: If they missed their appointment then an email will go out to them, giving them an opportunity to re-schedule
