How Do I Get Started in The Junior Tribe?
All states require completion of a approved pre-licensing course. Once you have completed the required online course, you will sit for your state life insurance exam. You will be asked to do fingerprinting and submit to the background check. You will go to nipr.com and register for your license once the exam and background check are complete. NIPR (National Insurance Producers Registry) will issue your license on behalf of your state. You will then use the NPN (National Producers Number) and your license number to complete the contracting documents and submit.
E&O Insurance (AKA Errors and Omissions Insurance)
This is not manditory for all Carriers but is required to write business with several. This insurance covers you in case of error on writing or submission of a faulty policy. Click here for more information on E&O Coverage.

What can we say? We are serial entrepreneurs! We've been married for nearly 28 years and we've both always loved the idea of being in business for ourselves. The freedoms that come with being independent from a boss sounds completely liberating and yet can be scary when you start out. At an early age, someone told us that "an employer will always dictate the life you live. They control the car you drive, the house you live in and the vacations you go on"... From that point on, we decided to be in business for ourselves, and have never looked back. Adam's background was in the Construction industry for the first 13 years of our marriage, and I was a stay-at-home Mom/ Hairstylist PT. He was a General Contractor and specialized in many trades in construction through the years. His experience started in his youth doing every aspect of construction and learning all the trades. After being married for 5 years and having 2 sons, he took a leap of faith and got his contractor's license at age 27 and started his career running a small landscape and concrete operation and evolved it over time to overseeing Master plan communities and building Custom Homes. After the economic fall in 2008, we had added 2 daughters to our crew, and were starting over, like so many others. We found a new passion in growing teams and were introduced to Network Marketing. Together, we grew a business for over 10 years to include an organization of 13,000+ sales reps nationally and internationally, in the telecom and energy industries. It was during this time that we embraced personal development and loved assisting others to have success. It was an incredible journey that allowed us to travel extensively and build wonderful friendships. After much deliberation, we transitioned into 2 traditional businesses: one in Solar Sales and the other in CBD Extraction and Ag. All in all, we found ourselves making a comfortable living but working excessive hours and missing something. After Covid hit, we had an opportunity to reflect and make a change. Missing the team spirit we once had build, we went on a search to find the right fit. Shortly after, we were introduced to the amazing twins and powerhouse leaders in Symmetry, Matt & Brad Smith. We found ourselves more excited than ever to build another business in an incredible culture. We have a vision of creating something really special in a 1.28 TRILLION dollar industry and know how many lives we can bless.There are families out there with Moms and Dads who can benefit from this amazing opportunity, and deserve to be free of a "J.O.B." (just over broke). This empowered us to jump ALL IN!!
