2 – 2nd Interview

 

  • Restate what they like/dislike about the previous job
  • Rephrase it:  “So, in other words, if you could find a career that had … , and you didn’t have …, that’s exactly what you’re looking for?”
  • Tell a story (yours or uplines) and focus on what they’re looking for
    • Example
  • Compliment & encourage.  (I could see you doing really well here and fitting right in)
  • Next steps:  License Coach
  • Expectations:  I’ll be watching…I get a text.  2 days – 2 weeks
    • “The way you do one thing is the way you do everything.”
      • If you’re slow to complete licensing, you’ll probably be slow to get leads, get ahold of clients, get business issued, etc.
    • Conf. calls, GroupMe, conference
  • Schedule 3rd phone call:  Game Plan call
    • Set a goal of finishing license coach before that call
  • Have them be thinking about a monthly income goal for the next call.
